Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Phoenix Contact IBS RT 24 DIO 16/16-T parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Watlow products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sti parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Reliance product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Watlow such as the FKN28A3W2MA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OMC2120GM4 manufactured by Sti and we are pleased to be able to service most Sti systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 587061F by Manufacturer Reliance as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 6185CBCBAZZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Turck such as 8MB124P2 equipment made by Turck have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Turck products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Turck" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SR20 made by Shimaden as well as the popular 2711PK10C6D1 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TA900 by Temp-Alarm and 8MB124P2 spares by Turck are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC503674310031 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell.
